When is the last time you’ve shared a meal with someone who has no home? Visited and encouraged a prisoner? Supported a single mother? Given things away, not JUST in times of excess, but also in times of need? Ever wonder why you may feel that your life is simply a set of “lifeless” motions you burden through each day? The Kingdom of Heaven that God describes involved every tribe, nation, and tongue; where the outcasts are embraced and the last finally become first in line. We were created for interdependence. If you aren’t partaking in the reality of THAT Kingdom, its only natural that you would feel restless. Life’s yoke is easy and the burden is light ONLY when it’s shared.
