”You are the light of the world - like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14). There is no doubt that we are all light, in one way or another, but have you ever considered what type of light you are? Are you a light that attracts or distracts. Are you a beacon of hope in complete darkness or a maglite flashlight blinding the eyes of the accused? Is your luminance filled with splendor, radiance and warmth or discrimination, correction and damnation? We can’t hide what’s inside, so let us dedicate ourselves to love. May we shine in ways that give glory to God alone.
